Upon full payment and final delivery, the client is granted rights to use the delivered work for its intended purpose. KSUSA1 LLC retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
KSUSA1 LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, clients agree to first attempt to resolve the matter directly with KSUSA1 LLC by contacting support@ksusa1.online. Formal disputes or chargebacks should only be filed if a resolution cannot be reached.
9. Governing Law
